HOW TO PLAY: Collector Case

Introducing Collector Case

The reward wheel is getting an upgrade. Collector Case replaces the Arcade wheel with a new way to earn free rewards every day: you see what is on the board, you make the picks, and you decide how many rewards to go for at once.

How to play

1. Open the Case. You will briefly see 8 possible rewards on the board.

2. Watch them hide. The rewards flip face-down and shuffle into position.

3. Make your picks. Tap 1 to 5 spaces, depending on how much Energy you have and how many rewards remain. Each space costs 1 Energy.

4. Reveal. Your picks lock in and your rewards are revealed. Cards go straight to your collection and currency is added to your balance.

What is Collector Case?

Collector Case is a free reward feature you can open on a regular basis. Each Case holds a finite set of rewards. As you make picks, rewards come off the board, and when the Case refreshes, a brand-new set of rewards is loaded in.

Rewards can include:

• Coins

• Digital cards, including Chase cards

• Diamonds

Once you tap your first space, a short countdown begins. You can add more spaces before it ends, but you cannot un-select a space. When the countdown runs out, your picks are confirmed automatically.

Energy

Energy is the token you spend to make picks. Each pick costs 1 Energy.

• Starting balance: collectors receive 5 Energy to open the Case and earn rewards.

• Refills automatically: Energy drips back one at a time on a timer. Once you have used your Energy, check the drip timer on the Case screen to see when the next one arrives.

• Has a cap: Energy keeps refilling until you reach the maximum balance, so use it before it caps out.

• Carries over: unused Energy stays with you when the Case refreshes.

• Expires with the Case: if the Case expires, any unused Energy expires with it.

Know what you are picking for

Tap the Info button on the Case screen to see:

• The rewards still remaining in the Case

• Reward details

• Current odds, based on what is left in the Case

• Case information, the refresh timer, and your Energy status

Odds update as rewards are claimed and when the Case refreshes. The reward list is organized for easy browsing, not by rarity, so the order you see does not affect your chances.

Fair play, explained

• The board is random. When you enter the opening flow, the game generates your current set of 8 possible rewards.

• The board does not change on you. Once your 8 rewards are shown, they stay the same while you make your selections.

• Every space has the same chance. If a Chase reward is on the board, it has the same odds as every other space. With one pick, that is 1 in 8.

• You only spend Energy on confirmed picks. Energy is deducted after your selections are confirmed. If something goes wrong before then, or the Case refreshes mid-selection, no Energy is spent and no rewards are awarded.

• Confirmed rewards are yours. If you close the app after confirming, your rewards are already on your account.

When the Case is empty, refreshing, or expired

• You cleared it. If the Case shows empty, you have claimed every reward available in this cycle. Wait for the refresh timer.

• It refreshed. A new reward cycle starts, the previous board clears, and your unused Energy carries over.

• It expired. Collector Case is not always active. Check the Case screen for its current status and any countdown. Unused Energy does not survive an expiration.
